Voroneț Monastery
For five hundred years, people have come here to pray beneath the most beautiful blue in the world. You do not have to be religious. You just have to be willing to stand in silence.
The western wall, with the Last Judgment fresco, is one of the most remarkable works of medieval art. And you can walk there in your everyday shoes.
